Ok, I want to give this a try. I read the pecanbread recipe for yogurt.

http://pecanbread.com/p/yogurt1.html#milk

Now I am wondering what you all use for starter and how much. Also, what method do you use, yogurt maker or oven light. Or do you have a different method, or what do you do differently. Is there an easier method?? What ingredients do you use?? Anything else I need to know?? Thanks a lot!!

Sorry for the ignorance. But is goat milk ok on a GFCF diet? And does it have to be farm milk?

Most people would probably say to avoid all milk, but some people who can't tolerate cow's milk can have goat or sheep milk.
