Rutabaga Fries

These are SCD, GAPS, Failsafe, and Finegold legal.
I didn't think these would be good, but they are pretty good! Peel and then slice rutabaga into fries. Put in ziplock bag and drizzle with safflower or other oil. Preheat oven on bake to 400F. Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Generously salt. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy.
