Candex or Nystatin?

Postby orange » Tue Aug 18, 2015 2:46 pm

Does anyone have good experience on how to fight candida/yeast?

We have recently started to use Candex for our 6 yr old son, so far with some improvement. We're also using Olive leaf extract and to some extent GSE and have just gotten a prescription on Nystatin. We have read some comments that candida in some cases comes back when stop taking Nystatin. Can anyone share your experience from Nystatin? Experience from Candex taken with Nystatin? Any other combination of supplements/medication with good result?

Grateful for any answer

Nystatin is better than Candix, Ampho B is better than Nystatin if you can get it.

Treating yeast is the key to treating autism symptoms. But it is almost impossible to get rid of yeast completely. It keeps growing is a long-term treatment.

My son started showing great results (almost normal kid with no symptoms of autism) after constantly taking Nystatin for 5 months and following "Feast without Yeast" diet. This is the best diet for treating yeast out there. Nystatin only works if you follow the diet and you don't supplement with any probiotics or vitamins.

Here is my original post on this diet and Nystatin:
